A partnership agreement was signed between Miharu Town in Fukushima Prefecture and the National Institute of Genetics to jointly conduct genomic analysis of the Miharu Takizakura. Information on the old book,'isesangu meishozue 5kan', has been added. The Sakura 100 Genome Project was featured in the Yomiuri Shimbun. A journal article reporting the chromosome-scale genomes of two wild flowering cherries has been published in "DNA Research." Information on 2 old books has been added, including 'okazu (kajo).'
