About Sakura 100 Genomes II
Sakura 100 Genomes II project create the database of genomic characteristics and traits about cherry blossom trees, leveraging the genome information analyzed in “Sakura 100 Genomes” project adopted in 2019. And it will characterize the genetic characteristics of cherry blossom trees distributed throughout Japan, with the cherry blossom tree biodiversity information collected by museums across Japan.
